Zero Drag Automation is a globally operating AI automation SaaS platform. We provide intelligent workflow automation tools that help individuals and businesses move faster with less friction.
This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your personal information when you use our website and platform (collectively, the “Services”). It also describes your rights and choices regarding your data.

No system is 100% impenetrable. In the unlikely event of a data breach, we will notify affected users and relevant regulatory authorities as required by applicable law — within 72 hours under GDPR where applicable.

You may request early deletion of your data at any time by contacting us. We process all deletion requests within 30 days.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your national Data Protection Authority (DPA). For cross-border data transfers outside the EEA, we use Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission.
08 — CCPA
If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act grants you the following rights regarding your personal information:

To submit a CCPA request, email privacy@zerodragautomation.com with the subject line “CCPA Request.” We respond within 45 days. You do not need an account to exercise your rights. Categories collected in the past 12 months: Identifiers (name, email). We have not sold any personal information in the past 12 months.

We do not use advertising cookies or cross-site tracking technologies. You can manage cookie preferences through your browser settings. Where required by law (such as under the EU ePrivacy Directive), we request your consent before placing non-essential cookies.

Our Services are not directed to individuals under the age of 16 (or a higher age where required by local law). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal data, please contact us immediately at privacy@zerodragautomation.com and we will promptly delete such information from our systems.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technology, or applicable law. When we do, we will revise the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page.
For material changes, we will notify registered users via email or a prominent in-platform notice at least 30 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of our Services after the effective date constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
